		<description>This looks so good!  I am a huge fan of shrimp in any meal!  As one who has been attempting to become a &quot;healthier eater&quot;, I am motivated to try this with brown rice or cous cous instead of a baguette.  I can also see the original recipe being a great party appetizer!</description>
