		<description>You can use butter, but I would caution against cooking spray. Maybe I&#039;m using the wrong ones, but it never really works for me on baked goods, and this batter is VERY heavy and sticky. 

That being said, BUY PARCHMENT PAPER! I can&#039;t stress this enough... it was $6.00 for a roll at Williams-Sonoma back in 2002, and I&#039;m still using it (and use it frequently). Everything comes out perfectly with it - perfectly crisped bottoms on cookies and scones, and no messy clean up. It&#039;s well worth the purchase :-)</description>
